🟠温酒場　なんばウォーク店

大阪の日本橋にある温酒場　なんばウォーク店さんに
器を納品しました。

飯茶碗や呑水、小鉢など。
大体のサイズ感だけお伝え頂き、あとは自由に作陶してほしいとのご依頼。

温酒場さんのお料理は基本的に和食。
日本酒や焼酎と一緒に楽しむお料理です。
しかし和のテイスト以外の器も好きだと仰るオーナーさんの言葉に思わず反応。

よし、和食に合う少しだけ地中海スタイルが入った器にしよう。お料理が主役になり、邪魔はしないけどユニークな器にしよう。

土の温かさが伝わる白に、少しだけ明るい藍色を入れコントラストを楽しんでもらえるようにしました。

他の器も、少しずつだけ和の器からインスピレーションを受けつつ地中海のデザインと混ざるように作陶。

お店のスタッフさん達からは、
とても気合いが入り、料理をするのが楽しくなる器だと喜んで頂きました！

今までとテイストが変わる器は、料理人として
とてもワクワクするらしく、
喜んでもらえたのが嬉しかったです。
ありがとうございます！

🟠 On Sakaba – Namba Walk

We’ve just delivered a new collection of tableware to On Sakaba, located in Namba Walk, Osaka.

The order included rice bowls, small dishes, and side bowls.
They simply gave us the approximate sizes and said,

> “We’d love for you to create them freely.”

On Sakaba mainly serves Japanese cuisine — dishes to be enjoyed with sake or shochu.
But when the owner told us that they also love tableware with styles beyond Japanese aesthetics, we immediately felt inspired.

So, we decided to create something that blends Japanese dining with a touch of Mediterranean design — tableware that lets the food take center stage while adding a subtle uniqueness.

We used a warm white clay base with touches of bright indigo to bring a soft contrast and a feeling of brightness to the table.

Other pieces were also designed to mix gentle inspiration from traditional Japanese pottery with Mediterranean elements.

The restaurant staff told us that these new pieces make them feel energized and excited to cook — which made us incredibly happy to hear.

For chefs, using a new kind of tableware seems to spark creativity and joy.
We’re so grateful for their warm words and enthusiasm.

El 2024 va ser un any ple de nous reptes, i estem molt agraïts pel creixement que hem experimentat.

¡Nos hace mucha ilusión anunciar la primera exposición que haremos, y será ni más ni menos que en Tokio!

Como muchos sabéis, en el estudio, aparte de las clases regulares y de los talleres de cerámica japonesa, también producimos cerámica. La vendemos en el estudio, en diversas tiendas de Japón, Barcelona y Terrassa.

Del resultado de todos estos años haciendo cerámica, ha surgido la exposición que haremos en noviembre, y estamos deseando que la visitéis o, si no estáis en Tokio, que sigáis nuestra aventura a través de las redes sociales.

Anna, quien estudió cerámica en Osaka y Barcelona, ha amado la cultura y la cerámica japonesa desde hace cinco años, desde que se mudó a Japón.

Realizará su primera exposición individual en Tokio, en la Galería de Arte Esther Okada, ubicada cerca del Parque Yoyogi en Shibuya.

Sus obras combinan las experiencias que ha adquirido en Japón con la cultura de su tierra natal, Cataluña.

Esta vez, Anna desea especialmente compartir la cultura catalana con la gente que vive en Japón. Inspirada por este deseo, creó botijos y poales, recipientes de agua tradicionales de cerámica mediterránea muy populares des de el siglo XVI.

La exposición durará cuatro días, con la presencia de Anna y Ryo durante toda la exhibición.

Les invitamos a pasar y experimentar la cultura de la tierra natal de Anna.

Habrá muchas piezas disponibles para uso cotidiano, y también se podrán adquirir artículos.

Anna espera con ilusión conversar con todos sobre Cataluña, su vida en Japón y su trabajo.

Hello everyone!

We’re thrilled to announce our very first exhibition, and it will be in none other than Tokyo!

As many of you know, aside from regular classes and Japanese pottery workshops, we also produce ceramics in the studio. We sell our work at the studio itself, as well as in various stores in Japan, Barcelona, and Terrassa.

This exhibition is the result of all these years of making ceramics, and we can’t wait for you to visit! If you’re not in Tokyo, you can still follow our adventure through social media.

Anna, who studied pottery in Osaka and Barcelona, has loved Japanese culture and pottery for five years since moving to Japan.

She will be holding her first solo exhibition in Tokyo, at the Esther Okada Art Gallery, located right near Yoyogi Park in Shibuya.

Her works combine the experiences she's gained in Japan with the culture of her homeland, Catalonia, Spain. This time, she especially wants to share Catalonian culture with people in Japan. Inspired by this desire, she created botijo and poal water vessels, traditional Mediterranean pottery forms from the 16th century. The exhibition will last for four days, with both Anna and Ryo present throughout.

Please stop by and experience the culture of Anna's homeland. There will be many pieces available that can be used in daily life, and items will also be available for purchase.
