Hi all!
This is a part of my large painting I’m currently working on. It’s a never ending project!
The colors are bright but I’m feeling like I’m walking inside the long, dark tunnel towards the light.
I’m planning to show this at my annual solo show in the RYUBO gallery in Naha on December 8th to 14th.

Hi everyone! Hope you got through with the typhoon Dolphin. It moved very slowly unlike real dolphins in the sea.
Here in Naha Okinawa, rain stopped and sun is back partly, cicadas are buzzing again. I spent some time to clean up the house surrounding. Refreshing.

Hi everyone! Hope you had a great weekend.
My weekend was filled with love, fun, joy and craziness.
Had some visitors in my studio, and my children and grandkids’ visits to us. I also had a great time at the usual bar with lovely familiar faces over champagne! Always blessed with the people from near and far. Thankful to the people in my life even through the social media.
Now I’m back to the reality to continue the ongoing paintings for the RYUBO exhibition in December. It’s still a long journey to complete. Wish me luck!

Hi everyone!!
It’s extremely hot everyday but the much more HOT event is happening here in Okinawa. The 38th Karate Tournament presented is held today. My sons used to go to Karate Dojo when they were little. Okinawa Karate has a long history and it is not for fighting but for protecting. The forms are very sharp and beautiful. Hope you enjoy seeing, or playing (if you’re interested) Karate.
