Here we have CAX 2000 and Steel Knight 2001. Thank you to for the photo submission.

What is CAX:
●The USMC Combined Arms Exercise (CAX), frequently conducted as part of the Integrated Training Exercise (ITX) at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, is a month-long, intensive, live-fire training, designed to validate Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) combat readiness. It combines ground, aviation, and logistics units for rigorous, large-scale operations in a desert environment (Kurkimilis, 2012).

What is Steel Knight:
●Exercise Steel Knight is an annual, large-scale training exercise conducted by the I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) in California and Arizona, designed to enhance combat readiness and joint interoperability. The exercise focuses on maneuvering and live-fire, ensuring the Navy-Marine Corps team is prepared for, and can sustain operations in, contested environments against peer threats (Wu, 2012).

2nd Battalion 7th Marine MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP FUND Is at $13,270! We are more than halfway to oir Goal of $25,000 by The 250th Birthday of The United States Marine Corps.

Thanks to everyone that has contributed. More Work to Do while our Active Duty Marines continue making history.

The MCSF’s mission is profound to “Honor Marines by Educating Their Children” struck a chord with many of us that evening resulting in donations to this important cause.

We intend to deploy these funds to provide scholarships for the children of Marines and Navy Corpsmen who at some point served with 2/7. Ultimately, we would like to fund an endowment that can provide scholarships for the children of 2/7 Marines and Navy Corpsmen in perpetuity.

In honor of all of those who have served with 2/7 over the years, please consider making a donation to support a scholarship to further the education of our Marine children. These scholarships go a long way in giving these fine young men and women a leg up in their pursuit of higher education or Career Technical opportunities.
