桃青京都ギャラリーでは、オブジェ展「深化するカタチ – Contemporary Japanese Objects –」を開催いたします。
本展では、素材や技法、既存のジャンルにとらわれず、作家それぞれの自由な発想から生み出された立体作品を通して、現代日本における多様な造形表現をご紹介します。
今回は「Monochrome」と「Chroma」の二期に分けて開催。
「Monochrome」では、色彩を抑えることで際立つ形態や質感、素材そのものの存在感に焦点を当て、「Chroma」では、色と形、素材が織りなす豊かな表現の広がりをご紹介します。
二つの異なる視点から、現代の作家たちが生み出す「カタチ」の現在と、その深化をぜひご覧ください。
Tosei Kyoto Gallery is pleased to present “Deepening Forms – Contemporary Japanese Objects.”
This exhibition introduces the diverse expressions of contemporary Japanese three-dimensional art through works created with a free and individual approach, transcending conventional boundaries of materials, techniques, and genres.
This year, the exhibition will be presented in two parts: “Monochrome” and “Chroma.”
“Monochrome” focuses on form, texture, and the presence of materials themselves, revealed through a restrained use of color. “Chroma,” in contrast, explores the rich possibilities that emerge through the interplay of color, form, and material.
Through these two distinct perspectives, we invite you to discover the evolving forms and expressions of contemporary Japanese artists.
