「キッチン・ストーリーズ」は、作家の本原令子さんが、各家庭のキッチンで得意料理を習いながらおしゃべりするという、温かくじわじわと拡張する面白いプロジェクトです。
料理をしながら聞こえる、個人や家族の歴史、ふとこぼれる本音。食べ物から透けて見えるアイデンティティや土地と人、時間のつながりがとても味わい深いアートプロジェクトです。

“Kitchen Stories” is a beautifully simple, warmly expansive project by artist Reiko Motohara, in which she visits people’s home kitchens to learn their signature dishes while sharing conversation.
The personal and family histories that surface while cooking, the unguarded truths that slip out — it’s a project rich with the identities, connections between place and people, and the layering of time that food quietly reveals.
