「Keith Haring: Arching Lines　人をつなぐアーチ」展は、今なお人々を楽しませ、勇気づける存在として社会に生き続けるキース・ヘリングの彫刻に焦点を当て、独自の美学と哲学に基づく造形表現をご紹介しています。

「北川原温　時間と空間の星座」展は、中村キース・ヘリング美術館を設計した建築家、北川原温（1951-）の美術館における初個展。
当館を構成する6つの要素を軸に、模型や資料を通じて方法論や建築のプロセスを紹介しています。

展覧会は5月17日（日）までですので、この機会にどうぞお見逃しなく！

The two current exhibitions, “Keith Haring: Arching Lines: The Arch Connecting People” and “Atsushi Kitagawara: Constellations of Time and Space,” are on view only through this weekend ☝️

“Keith Haring: Arching Lines” focuses on the sculptures of Keith Haring, whose work continues to live on in society as a source of joy and encouragement for people around the world. The exhibition introduces his unique sculptural expressions rooted in his distinctive aesthetics and philosophy.

“Atsushi Kitagawara: The Constellation of Time and Space” is the first solo exhibition dedicated to architect Atsushi Kitagawara (1951–), who designed the Nakamura Keith Haring Collection. Centered around the six elements that compose the our museum, the exhibition introduces Kitagawara’s methodology and architectural process through models and archival materials.

The exhibitions run through Sunday, May 17, so don’t miss this opportunity!

中村キース・ヘリング美術館では、現代アートを代表するアーティストで #キースヘリング の盟友 #ケニーシャーフ を迎え、ヘリングの没後初となる二人展「ケニー・シャーフ & キース・ヘリング：K！K！」を開催します！シャーフ自身も企画に携わり、二人の関係性や共同プロジェクトに光を当てます🔍
本展では、日本の美術館で初めてシャーフの活動を詳しくご紹介👀80年代の作品から最新作のペインティング、そしてインスタレーション作品による没入空間も展開されます。

2025年11月に、当館が広島市で開催したイベント「キース・ヘリングと平和をえがこう」において、会場を訪れた子どもたちによって制作された横幅5.4メートルの巨大なバナー👀
こちらの作品が現在、 #広島インターナショナルスクール に展示されています✨
4月25日は同校の文化祭『インターナショナルフェスティバル2026』が行われますので、お近くの方はぜひ足を運んでみてください🏃‍♀️

本作品は、「つがいの鳥」を描くワークショップの中で制作されたモノです🕊️🕊️3日間で約250人の18歳以下の子どもたちが参加し、一人ひとりの自由な表現が重なり合うことで、平和への願いが込められた作品が完成しました！🌈

本作品の展示は、先月の #広島市立五日市観音西小学校 に続き、2カ所目となります🫶当館では、本作品をより多くの方にご覧いただきたく、展示にご協力いただける広島市内の公共空間、学校、文化施設、商業施設などの施設・団体を募集しています📢展示にご興味をお持ちの場合は、当館ウェブサイトのお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください！

In November 2025, at our Hiroshima event “Drawing Peace with Keith Haring,” visiting children created a 5.4-meter-wide banner 👀 The work is currently on view at Hiroshima International School ✨ April 25 marks the school’s cultural festival, International Festival 2026. If you are in the area, we warmly encourage you to stop by!

Created during a workshop centered on drawing “paired birds” 🕊️🕊️, this banner was completed over three days with the participation of around 250 children under the age of 18. By layering each individual’s free expression, the work embodies a shared wish for peace 🌈

Following its presentation last month at Hiroshima City Itsukaichi Kannon Nishi Elementary School, this marks the second venue for the work 🫶 We are currently seeking public spaces, schools, cultural institutions, and commercial venues in Hiroshima City to host the banner so that it can be seen by a wider audience 📢
