Gender Roots 2026 presents: Through the Darkness
Opening event: 16/10 - 7PM

Through the Darkness, a video-photographic installation by Viviana Bonura, explores a new way of experiencing photography through light.

Projected onto a sequence of fabric screens, images fragment and take on a three-dimensional quality, drawing viewers into a reflection on gender, identity and fluidity. A journey through light and darkness, understood not as opposites, but as elements that transform and define one another.

Working with three artists offered a space for three distinct practices, each shaped by its own visual language and method.

Bathing Segesta brings these different approaches into dialogue, not to resolve their differences, but to make visible the connections, tensions, and resonances that emerge between them.

On view until 15 October.

SPAZIO MARGINE — NEW OPENING HOURS

CULTURE IS NOT STATIC.
IT MOVES.

Tradition is not something we simply preserve.
It is something we carry, transform, contaminate, reinvent.

Viaggio di Spirito × wushuSTUDIO
invite illustrators and graphic designers to explore this idea through a poster.

Cultura Liquida is the space between what we have been and what we can become.
A dialogue between tradition × innovation.
A culture that refuses to stand still.

We’re looking for 5 visions.
5 posters capable of making culture move.

The selected works will become part of Viaggio di Spirito Festival.

Your turn.
Make it yours.
Make it new.
Make it liquid.

Deadline 30.09.2026
