🇪🇸Hace más de 2000 años, el emperador Augusto decretó un tiempo de descanso después de la cosecha. Lo llamó Feriae Augusti, hoy en día Ferragosto. Una fecha para parar, celebrar, agradecer y relajarse.

Dos milenios después, esa esencia sigue intacta. Italia se detiene, las familias van al mar, lago o montaña, y la única preocupación es pensar en qué se pondrá sobre la mesa para disfrutar en buena compañía.

Hoy, frente a Ischia, con un plato de spaghetti alle vongole y una copa de vino, te deseamos un feliz verano y Buon Ferragosto 🌊🍝

🇺🇸 More than 2000 years ago, Emperor Augustus decreed a time of rest after the harvest. He called it Feriae Augusti, known today as Ferragosto. A day to pause, celebrate, give thanks and unwind.

Two millennia later, that same spirit remains intact. Italy comes to a stop, families head to the sea, lake or mountains, and the only real concern is deciding what will be on the table to enjoy in good company.

Buona Pasqua a tutti 🕊️!

La Colomba es uno de los dulces más emblemáticos de Italia en Semana Santa. Nacida en Lombardía, su forma de paloma simboliza paz y renovación. Su receta recuerda al panettone: una masa de mantequilla, huevos y azúcar, endulzada con fruta confitada y cubierta por almendras y azúcar.

Un ícono de la tradición que no puede faltar en la mesa italiana en estas fechas😋
