September 29th 2023 (Nick’s birthday) is the party, live music and of course amazing wine, food, walks, culture all around (Colle is 40 minutes from Florence and 30 minutes to Sienna).

We are renovating two massive industrial sheds to make a gallery dedicated to socialist realism and to show the Koryo Studio collection as well as contemporary works

Also it is where we are planning on completing the apartment project designed by one of the top ten architects in the world but never completed because of the 2007 financial crisis
