Liquid art system is a commercial contemporary art organisation with galleries in Capri (Italy), Positano (Italy), Anacapri (Italy) and Ravello (Italy). Together, our galleries propose a "glocal"* approach to the promotion of contemporary art. is to create an international network of art galleries in different locations across the globe united by a common purpose, but sensitive to local economies and cultures. blends innovation with tradition, focusing specifically on showcasing artists who are internationally recognised and featuring those who have been able to innovate their technique or iconographies in a global context. holds public exhibitions and is active internationally in projects and events such as major art fairs. is involved in the fields of CONTEMPORARY ART, FINE ARTS, and ART RESEARCH (Lab).

The Liquid Art System gallery in Capri unfolds across two levels, presenting a curated selection of works by the artists represented by the gallery and transforming each space into a journey to explore and experience.

From the interiors to the open-air spaces, the artworks engage with the light, architecture, and atmosphere of Capri, moving beyond the traditional concept of a gallery to become an integral part of the place that hosts them.

A meeting point for artists, collectors, and curious minds, where the pursuit of beauty continues to lie at the heart of the Liquid Art System experience.

Nel cuore dell’isola, Liquid Art System dà vita a uno spazio in cui pittura, scultura e installazione convivono, creando continui dialoghi tra linguaggi, materiali e visioni differenti.

La galleria di Liquid Art System a Capri si sviluppa su due livelli e raccoglie una selezione di opere degli artisti rappresentati, trasformando ogni ambiente in un percorso da attraversare e scoprire.

Tra gli interni e gli spazi aperti, le opere entrano in relazione con la luce, l’architettura e l’atmosfera di Capri, andando oltre l’idea tradizionale di galleria per diventare parte del luogo che le accoglie.

An open pomegranate, a prickly pear, an egg. Things we have before our eyes every day, yet almost never truly look at.

Here the light settles slowly, built glaze after glaze, and time holds its breath. Each fruit hangs suspended between what it was and what it is about to become, keeping a memory we thought was lost.

It is an invitation to slow down and rediscover beauty in simple things.

Una melagrana aperta, un fico d'India, un uovo. Cose che abbiamo sotto gli occhi ogni giorno e che quasi mai guardiamo davvero.

Qui la luce si posa lenta, costruita velatura dopo velatura, e il tempo trattiene il respiro. Ogni frutto resta sospeso tra ciò che è stato e ciò che sta per diventare, e custodisce una memoria che credevamo perduta.

È un invito a rallentare e a ritrovare la bellezza nelle cose semplici.

Some sculptures stand still. Marco Cornini's seem caught in the middle of a thought.
Painted terracotta and polychrome bronze give form to figures captured in their most private moments: a glance, an embrace, a memory resurfacing. His titles are whispered words that let us imagine what his figures are thinking.
Heir to the great Lombard tradition, Cornini always returns to the same theme: the wonder of opening our eyes to the world. And love, its highest form.
Some stories are only waiting for someone to look at them.

Ci sono sculture che restano immobili. Quelle di Marco Cornini sembrano sorprese a metà di un pensiero.
Terrecotte dipinte e bronzi policromi danno corpo a figure colte nei loro attimi più privati: uno sguardo, un abbraccio, un ricordo che riaffiora. I suoi titoli sono parole sussurrate che ci lasciano immaginare cosa stiano pensando.
Erede della grande tradizione lombarda, Cornini torna sempre allo stesso tema: la meraviglia di aprire gli occhi sul mondo. E l'amore, che ne è la forma più alta.
Alcune storie aspettano solo qualcuno che le guardi.

You stand outside, yet the perspective pulls you in. The background recedes, the room opens up, and suddenly you're there, beside figures lost in their own solitude.

They're about to speak to each other, and they hold back. They look beyond a door, toward rooms we'll never see, toward other lives. One gazes into a mirror that isn't there: a single line is enough to deceive our eye, and theirs too.

Thank you to everyone who lost themselves with us among the thresholds of Peter Demetz.
And you, what are you waiting for to step across?

Resti fuori, eppure la prospettiva ti trascina dentro. Lo sfondo si allontana, la stanza si apre e all'improvviso sei lì, accanto a figure immerse nella loro solitudine.

Sono sul punto di parlarsi e si trattengono. Guardano oltre una porta, verso stanze che non vedremo mai, verso altre vite. Una si specchia dove lo specchio non c'è: basta una linea a ingannare il nostro occhio, e anche il loro.

A few moments from Alyssa Crosby’s vernissage at Liquid Art System in Capri.
Through her gaze, the island is transformed into visual matter: places, symbols and everyday details are reinterpreted and brought into a dimension suspended between memory, identity and perception.
Capri and Anacapri are not simply a backdrop, but an active part of the narrative — territories to observe, experience and reinterpret.
The vernissage opened a space for dialogue between artworks, audience and place, once again reflecting the vision of Liquid Art System: creating connections between contemporary research and the territory, allowing each project to shape a new way of looking at what surrounds us.

Within the spaces of Liquid Art System Positano, _Stillness in Time_ by Marco Gizzi revealed itself as an invitation to slow down and look more closely.

Through fruit and everyday objects, Gizzi transforms the familiar into suspended presences, where light, memory and silence seem to resist the passage of time. During the vernissage, the works met the gaze of the visitors, creating a space for contemplation.

_Stillness in Time_ thus invites us to rediscover the extraordinary beauty hidden within everyday life and, for a moment, to fully inhabit the present.

Negli spazi di Liquid Art System Positano, _Stillness in Time_ di Marco Gizzi si è rivelata come un invito a rallentare e osservare più da vicino.

Attraverso frutti e oggetti della quotidianità, Gizzi trasforma ciò che ci è familiare in presenze sospese, dove luce, memoria e silenzio sembrano resistere al passare del tempo. Durante il vernissage, le opere hanno incontrato lo sguardo dei visitatori, creando uno spazio di contemplazione.

Prima del Quadro transformed the encounter between art and haute cuisine into an experience suspended between reality and representation.

Within the spaces of Liquid Art System, the models embodied the intense, Caravaggesque world of Roberto Ferri, while the artist observed their gestures, poses and tensions, translating them into drawing.

Accompanying the guests was a gastronomic journey conceived by chef Nino Di Costanzo, created in dialogue with the performance and the artist’s visual world.

The table, the light and the sense of anticipation came together to shape an immersive dimension in which every presence seemed already part of the artwork.

Prima del Quadro ha trasformato l’incontro tra arte e alta cucina in un’esperienza sospesa tra realtà e rappresentazione.

Negli spazi di Liquid Art System, i modelli hanno dato corpo all’universo intenso e caravaggesco di Roberto Ferri, mentre l’artista ne osservava gesti, posture e tensioni, traducendoli nel disegno.

Ad accompagnare gli ospiti, il percorso gastronomico ideato dallo chef Nino Di Costanzo, in dialogo con la performance e con l’immaginario dell’artista.

La tavola, la luce e l’attesa hanno così dato vita a una dimensione immersiva, in cui ogni presenza sembrava appartenere già all’opera.

When two languages meet, the boundaries between disciplines begin to dissolve.

Roberto Ferri’s painting and Nino Di Costanzo’s cuisine emerge from different materials, yet share the same impulse towards transformation.

Pigment, light, matter, temperature, gesture.

Elements belonging to different worlds become, through the creative process, instruments of the same pursuit: giving form to an intuition.

The artwork remains.
The dish disappears.

And yet both exist fully in the moment they are experienced through the gaze, the body, perception.

It is within this tension between permanence and ephemerality, control and instinct, that painting and haute cuisine find common ground.
Creation thus becomes an intimate ritual: a gesture that transforms matter and, for a moment, those who encounter it.

Quando due linguaggi si incontrano, il confine tra le discipline smette di essere netto.

La pittura di Roberto Ferri e la cucina di Nino Di Costanzo partono da materie diverse, ma condividono la stessa tensione verso la trasformazione.

Pigmento, luce, materia, temperatura, gesto.

Elementi che appartengono a universi differenti e che, attraverso il processo creativo, diventano strumenti di una stessa ricerca: dare forma a un’intuizione.

L’opera resta.
Il piatto scompare.

Eppure entrambi esistono pienamente nel momento in cui vengono attraversati dallo sguardo, dal corpo, dalla percezione.

È in questa relazione tra permanenza ed effimero, tra controllo e istinto, che pittura e alta cucina trovano un terreno comune.
La creazione diventa così un rituale intimo: un gesto che trasforma la materia e, per un istante, anche chi la osserva.
