The Reis Magos Fort, is owned by the Goa government and listed under the Goa Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, it is the oldest fort in Goa. The Fort is also used as a venue for:

- Weddings, Reception, Private Parties
- Photo shoots, Film shoots
- Seminars, Conferences
- Exhibitions, art performances, workshops
