Rules and Regulations of the Event:
Form should be filled up neatly. No scratching or overwriting allowed.
Name and address must be written in English or Bengali. In case of spelling errors authorities will take no responsibilities.
Xerox copy of Birth Certificate must be submitted with the form.
Recent passport size photo of the candidate must be attached to the form.
Registration form and fees can be sent to 8145095041 via WhatsApp or can be submitted in the Kolkata Office at RIHAD (51A Pratapgarrh , Jadavpur, Kolkata 700075.
Painting size needs to be of 12”*18” .
Unframed painting or photographs of the painting must be submitted to the office before last date. Selected paintings need to be framed for the exhibition. Without proper framing , no painting will be allowed to be exhibited.
Registration Card is mandatory to get entry in the exhibition.
No changes to the selected paintings to be permitted. In case changes are found, the painting will be disqualified from the exhibition.
Participants can paint in the following mediums- pencil, opaque, oil pastels, watercolours, and mixed media on paper etc.
Participants can send 1to 3 paintings for the event.
During the course of the event the phone numbers mentioned in the form cannot be changed. In case of any changes the authorities must be informed.
Selected paintings will be exhibited in a renowned art gallery in Kolkata . Catalogue of the exhibition will be provided in PDF format. Your artworks will be promoted on all our social media profiles.
Participants securing Grade A++ , will receive GOLD BRUSH Award along with Appreciation Certificate . Participants securing Grade A+, will receive SILVER BRUSH Award along with Appreciation Certificate. Participants securing Grade A, will receive BRONZE BRUSH Award along with Appreciation Certificate. Others will receive Appreciation Certificate .
Participants receiving the GOLD BRUSH Award will get the opportunity to attend a 3 days special workshop for free of cost. The Workshop will be held by Gold Medalist and International Artist Mr. Aloke Kumar Paul.
They will also be able to enjoy free membership for 6 months at A Paul Creative Institute.
Participants receiving SILVER BRUSH Award will get opportunity to attend 1 day special workshop for free of cost. The Workshop will be held by Gold Medalist and International Artist Mr Aloke Kumar Paul.They will also be able to enjoy free membership for 1 month at A Paul Creative Institute.
Participants receiving certificate of participation will be able to enjoy free membership for 15 days at A Paul Creative Institute.
Theme:
Participants are allowed to paint on topics of their wish. Political and religious themes are not allowed. However, original ideas and innovative art works are encouraged. The art work need to be completely drawn by the artist.

• Fees: Rs 150 for 1 to 3 artworks (Participants can submit maximum of 3 artworks)
• Last Date of Registration: 30th September , 2024
• Last Date of Submission: 15th November 2024
• Declaration of Results: 23rd December 2024
• Date of Main Event/ EXHIBITION : 14th January, 2025
• Documents need to be submitted : Xerox of Aadhaar Card and one passport size photograph.
• Declaration (Written in the form) should be given on behalf of participant and guardian.
