We’re not hiring for titles. We’re building a team.

At Dhi Contemporary, we’re looking for curious, capable individuals who want to grow with us not just fill a role. If you’re digitally fluent, visually aware, communicate with clarity, and can juggle multiple responsibilities, you might fit right in.

You don’t need to know everything about art but you should be curious enough to engage with it.

From supporting gallery operations and exhibitions to working on digital content and everyday creative tasks, your work here will be hands-on, meaningful, and visible. We’re a small team, and every contribution counts.

This is a long-term, on-site opportunity to learn, create, and evolve within a dynamic environment.

🕒 Working hours: 11 AM – 7 PM ( closed on Mondays only )

A quick note:
We value intention. Take the time to understand who we are before reaching out and skip generic, copy-paste responses. Thoughtful applications always stand out.

If this speaks to you, we’d love to hear from you.

Ugadi arrives quietly, like the first leaf after a long season, like a thought waiting to take shape.
It carries with it the taste of beginnings, sweet, bitter, and everything in between.
A reminder that life, much like this new year, is a blend of all that we feel and grow through.

Here’s to turning new pages, holding on to hope, and making space for what is yet to come.

One week to go.

As What Remains: Heritage Between Memory and the Present enters its final stretch, we return to the questions that shaped this exhibition
What do we inherit?
What do we sustain?
And what quietly shifts beneath our feet?

Across sculpture, installation, glass, wood, and terracotta, the participating artists have reflected on land, ecology, labour, memory, and responsibility reminding us that heritage is not static. It is lived, negotiated, and continuously made.

If you haven’t experienced the exhibition yet, this is your moment.

What Remains: Heritage Between Memory and the Present

Artist | Saruha Kilaru
Saruha Kilaru is a synesthetic artist who perceives people, life, and nature through colour. Her practice translates these sensory impressions into tactile, translucent works using glass, ceramics, fabric, sequins, print, paper, and paint. Often abstract and removed from literal context, her works strip away physical form to foreground heightened emotional colour.

Kilaru’s multi-dimensional, layered constructions resist documentation; they demand direct, physical engagement. Through shifting light and multiple transparencies, the works continuously transform, capturing their surroundings while retracing the artist’s gestures. Repetitive mark-making and acute sensitivity to colour interactions form the core of her visual language, informed by the rasa bhava theory from the Natyashastra, which links colour, emotion, and consciousness.

Print functions in her practice as a tool for variation and dissemination rather than replication. By installing works to alter perspective, Kilaru challenges viewers to reconsider how perception, memory, and bias shape, what and where, we see within contemporary material-based abstraction practices.
