Gaurav Centre for Visual Arts is one of the oldest art education and training centers in Hyderabad. The Centre in association with Rajan’s School of Photography is now conducting courses in Drawing and Painting. Under the able guidance of noted artist G Ramakrishna Rao, the Centre has been offering basic and advanced courses in Drawing, Design, and Painting for the past four decades. He has worked

in several media of visual arts, and has been an inspiration to many artists, designers , architects and photographers. An aesthetician by heart and designer by training, his work in various media shows remarkable quality of workmanship. He has to his credit many one man shows and has conducted workshops and training programmes in many cities across India. His paintings and other works of art today adorn many institutional and private collections in India and abroad. His unique approach to pedagogy of art, combined with his artistic skills and craft, makes him an inspiration. Drawing and Painting: Basic Course

This course is aimed at developing appreciation of visual arts. It provides basic training in aesthetics of design, drawing, water colours and painting. Object Drawing (pencil colours) Perspective Still Life (water colours) Landscape (oil colours) Portrait Composition

Duration of the course: 3 months (24 classes) Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 12 noon. Eligibility: Anyone interested in learning Art. Painting: Advanced Course
Advanced course includes the below
Oil Painting Collages etc.,

Eligibility: Students who have finished the Basic Course can opt for the Advanced Course or anyone with considerable experience to match. GCVA also helps students design their courses depending upon individual interests.

Telangana Photography Akademi in association with Echoes Photo Art, Hyderabad and Rajan's School of Photography is organising a Photowalk at Kasu Brahmananda Reddy (KBR) National Park to commemorate its 25th anniversary.

“KBR through Camera Eyes,” is a unique celebration that invites photographers and nature enthusiasts to capture the park’s natural wonders to showcase the diverse flora and fauna within the park.
