Today, on International Museum Day 🌳, we are deeply honoured to share moments from the recent visit of His Excellency Shri Gulab Kataria, Hon'ble Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh, to the Museum of Trees.
His Excellency's warmth, curiosity, and encouragement mean the world to us. A museum rooted in living heritage — in trees that have witnessed history, spirituality, and devotion — thrives when it finds such generous guardians.
Our heartfelt gratitude to for their continued support of this unique institution, and to the for commissioning and standing behind India's first heritage tree museum.
Today is a reminder of why we do what we do. 🙏🌿

An incredible honour 🌿

The Museum of Trees, Chandigarh, had the privilege of welcoming the Hon’ble Governor of Punjab, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, on the martyrdom anniversary of Shaheed Bhagat Singh.

On this meaningful occasion, the Hon’ble Governor watered a genetically cloned Beri tree—propagated from the very tree planted by Bhagat Singh as a 10-year-old child in 1917. A living legacy, preserved through science, care, and deep respect for our history.

Because some roots run deeper than we know. 🇮🇳
