Khurda District Wushu Championship 2026

124 participants from 12 units team including 120 Infantry Battalion Team of ages group from 06yrs to 40yrs boys and girls said the Organising Secretary Pruthwiraj Harichandan.

12 newly certified Judges conducted the championship without any injury.

For the first time the Entry, Draws & Scoring were done flawless with our very own software developed by Rtn Kumar Devdutt and Team as a test trial. It will be used during the forthcoming 32nd State Wushu Championship on 21-23 August 2026 at Jharsuguda said Grandmaster Er. Sudhanshu Shekhar Harichandan, Founder and Chairman of Wushu Association of Orissa.

The Championship Trophies were awarded by Chief Guest Shri Samir Mohanty, President, Odisha Olympic Association. He also felicitated the International Medalists on this occasion.

The two days State Judges Seminar was attended by 42 participants from different districts. During this two days Seminar on TAOLU(Events) & SANDA(Fight), Lecture sessions along with Video Analysis and Online Test conducted successfully by our experts Ms Anuradha Dora - Sanda Mr Susanta Kumar Naik - Sanda Mr Divyamohan Pradhan - TAOLU

The entire sessions were held with the Technical guidance of International Judges Er. S.S. Harichandan - IWUF Judge(1993) Mr Pradyumna Behera - IWUF Judge(2004)

The Organising Secretary Mr Pruthwiraj Harichandan made very comfortable arrangements for all the outstation participants including excellent venue arrangements, supply of Technical Study materials, Projector for Video Analysis, Officials Shirts, etc., which was well appreciated by one and all.

On the Closing Ceremony the participants were felicitated with State Judge Diploma by Ms Khyanaprava Mohanty from
Sports Department, Govt. of Odisha Mr Surya Narayan Das, Senior Advocate of Odisha High Court

Er. Yuvraj Harichandan, General Secretary of WAO informed that these Judges will get the opportunity to develop their Technical skills during the 32nd State Championship of Wushu Association of Orissa-WAO on 21-23 August 2026 at Jharsuguda
