Sameeksha Art, Research, Media. Dr Veena Shekar, Art historian a founder of Sameeksha Art, Research, Media. Sameeksha is a Registered Trust promoting the study of Art in its varied dimensions.

Adopting an interdisciplinary approach, Sameeksha explores diverse resources to initiate meaningful dialogue between the cultural past and the ever expanding present. Establishing identity and making connection in the process, it evolves values relating to heritage, culture and tradition. Sameeksha’s main concern is also to study contemporary socio – cultural trends and their gradual transformation into futuristic art ideology and practice.
