Monsoon is here, and so is magic! 🌧️💚

Somewhere between the sound of raindrops and the smell of wet earth, art is born.

Allahabad Museum is preparing to bring you *Monsoon Moods: Nature’s Canvas*, a National Art Exhibition that celebrates what we all love the most about Sawan.

It’s that moment when the sky turns grey, when the trees dance in the wind, when chai feels more special and memories feel more alive. Our artists have painted all these moods on canvas.

Preparations are in full swing. Canvases are being framed. Lights are being set. All to give you an experience where you can literally feel the monsoon inside a museum.

Join us on *25th August 2026*. Let’s get drenched in art.

Every monsoon has a story. And every artist has a monsoon story to tell.

This Sawan, Allahabad Museum is turning those stories into a visual celebration. Presenting *”Monsoon Moods: Nature’s Canvas”*.

We often say monsoon is nature’s favourite colour palette - and that’s true. The fresh green of new leaves, the dark grey of thunder clouds, the rainbow after the rain. All these colours are coming alive in our galleries.

For weeks, artists have been working to capture that one perfect monsoon moment. Now, we are setting the stage to bring those moments to you.

So mark your calendars. On *25th August 2026*, come to Allahabad Museum and witness how art blossoms when it rains

Naag Panchami is not just a festival of worship, it is a celebration of harmony with nature.
According to scriptures, Naag Devta adorns Lord Shiva’s neck and serves as Lord Vishnu’s bed, Sheshnaag. That is why this day holds great spiritual significance.
On Naag Panchami, we offer milk to anthills, feed ants with flour, and protect trees. These small acts bring divine blessings and keep ecological balance.
Let us take a vow today to protect nature, respect all creatures, and live with compassion.
Wishing you peace and divine blessings this Naag Panchami
