Ibn Sina Academy of Medieval Medicine and Sciences Ibn Sina Academy is located in Aligarh, India Ibn Sina Academy is an academic trust at Aligarh, India.

It is an accredited 'centre of excellence' by the Department of AYUSH, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. It is working in different fields of traditional medicine particularly on historical aspect of Graeco-Arab (Unani) with emphasis on preservation of oriental social and medical culture. It has a library and museum with large collection of artifacts and manuscripts.

SSGE students from Classes 6 to 10 enthusiastically participated in a Storytelling Competition organised as part of the Independence Day celebrations on 22 August 2026. The event was conducted under the guidance of the SSGE Core Team, with special support from Dr. Manzar Jamal. Prof. Parvaiz Talib, Business Management Institute, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. The jury panel comprised Dr. Jahangir Alam, Vice Principal, STS High School, and Dr. Sadia Ayub, Scientist, RRIUM, Aligarh. The competition provided students with an engaging platform to showcase their creativity, communication skills, confidence, and patriotic spirit.

Mini-Workshop: Use of language to build a gender-sensitive society
This mini workshop was organised by the Foundation for Evidence-based Development in India (FEDI) in the Auditorium of Ibn Sina Academy of Medieval Medicine and Sciences, Tijara House, Aligarh, from 5 p.m. onwards on 21st August 2026.
Resource person: Professor Tania Hossain, Faculty of Letters, Arts and Sciences, Waseda University, Japan

Certificates of participation was given at the completion of this workshop by the President of FEDI Prof. M. Urooj Rabbani. An MoU was also signed in between Waseda University and FEDI in presence of Hakim Syed Zillur Rahman.
Tea/refreshments was served after completion of the Mini Workshop!
