🏛️ Explore King House this October

October is the final month for walk-in self-guided tours at King House, giving visitors the chance to explore the house, its history and exhibitions at their own pace.

After 31 October, walk-in tours will close for the season, but King House continues to welcome pre-booked tour groups of 10 or more throughout the year.

Group visits can be arranged in advance and tailored to suit the needs of your group.

Join us on Saturday 17 October for a special evening with celebrated Irish concert pianist Fionnuala Moynihan, performing a beautiful programme of Nocturnes by Chopin and John Field.

The concert will bring together much-loved works alongside some lesser-known pieces, showcasing the beauty and emotion of the Nocturne.

Join celebrated Irish concert pianist Fionnuala Moynihan for an evening exploring Chopin’s much-loved Nocturnes, alongside works by Irish composer John Field, whose music helped inspire the genre.
Expect a programme of beautiful melodies, rich colour and some of Chopin’s best-known works alongside lesser-heard pieces.

Join us this afternoon for songs of the sea and stories of the shore with Tom Lewis.
Born in Northern Ireland and drawing on 24 years in the British Royal Navy, Tom brings traditional sea shanties, seafaring songs, humour and storytelling together in a lively afternoon performance, accompanied by button accordion and ukulele.
