Today we welcomed John Ryan (Clever) senior and junior to the Heritage Centre, their father / grandfather was born and raised in Nenagh before moving to New York . They both were enjoying learning some local history before heading off to catch up with some relatives. We hope you both enjoy the rest of your time in Nenagh .

Thanks to 5th year students of Newport College who visited us here this morning as part of their trip to Nenagh, they also visited the Nenagh Castle , Nenagh Library and tge Nenagh tourist office . We hope you all enjoyed your time .

We were delighted to have a visit this morning from some of the users of RehabCare Nenagh Resource centre accompanied by Brian , One of the users Molly was celebrating her 30th birthday and after a tour of the Gatehouse she treated us to a beautiful performance on the steps of the Governor's house. Happy Birthday Molly 🎂 🥳.

Dun Laoghaire Borough Historical Society group came to visit us today as part of their day trip they enjoyed a guided tour of the Governor's house and Gatehouse where they heard about the fate if the 17 men that were executed there . We hope you enjoyed your visit and we will see you back again.

Ryan O'Meara TD and Cllr JP O'Meara came to visit fellow Toomevara person Nora O'Meara today to wish her the very best of luck in her retirement after almost 40 years as Genealogist in the North Tipperary Genealogy Centre . They talked all things family connections and tracing your roots before presenting Nora with a lovely gift .
