We are hoping to borrow any photographs folk in the community may have, from 1800s / early 1900s. They would be safely copied and returned to you.

Your contribution could significantly enhance the major upgrades we will be making to The Workhouse Visitor experience. ✨

We had a fantastic time celebrating National Heritage Week . A huge thank you to the many people who came along to enjoy our events, we enjoyed art, film, books, memories & wellness.

Special thanks to our guests Brendan Rohan, who launched his book Rambles & Ramblings of a Blow In, and Columbia Hillen for a lovely morning of Wellness with 'Weeds', and of course to our Bianca for her Arts & Crafts sessions.

eritage Week is upon us once again! The theme this year is ‘Heritage at Risk’, encouraging us
to explore the built, natural and cultural aspects of our heritage that are endangered, for us to
reimagine and revive these sites, artefacts and practices.
To do just that, we are hosting Wellness with Weeds, an event by Columbia Hillen where we
will identify ‘weeds’ and highlight how useful they are to our lives.
