A closer look at the Lily Ottoman by Tom Faulkner, created in collaboration with Aiveen Daly.

Inspired by the organic silhouette of a lily pad, the form is shaped with precision. An undulating steel base supports a fully cushioned top, bringing a softness that feels both natural and considered. Across the surface, the leather is entirely hand-finished, with intricate stitched detailing that follows the curves of the piece, revealing the time and skill behind its making.

This is a meeting of two crafts. Faulkner’s sculptural, architectural approach balanced by Daly’s deeply tactile, material-led process.

A piece where craftsmanship is not just seen, but felt.

Beautiful details in our front room at Róisín Lafferty Gallery.

At the centre of the scene, the Bryan O’Sullivan Studio Croissant sofa curves gently through the space, its sculptural form upholstered in soft white bouclé, bringing comfort and a quiet sense of refinement.

In front, Tom Faulkner’s Lily Cocktail Tables introduce a subtle luminosity, their hand cast Venetian glass tops catching and diffusing the light with a delicate shimmer.

Along the joinery, vintage ceramic hands offer an unexpected, human touch, adding character and a sense of narrative to the composition.

On the wall, Atelier001’s Oxidium from the Cosmic Collection emits a soft, atmospheric glow in oxidised brass, reading as both illumination and sculptural presence.

A composed interior where material, light and form come together in quiet harmony.

AU #9 by Paolo Campagnolo, showcased in Róisín Lafferty Gallery.

This striking work is composed of gold and silver leaf on jute, treated with oxidising agents and finished with varnish. Hand cut panels overlap to create a richly textured surface that catches and shifts with the light, giving the piece a quiet sense of movement and depth.

Paolo Campagnolo’s practice explores the relationship between light, material and time, merging ancient gilding techniques with a contemporary visual language. In AU #9, the metallic surface appears almost atmospheric, its layered composition revealing subtle tonal changes as the light moves across it.

The work sits against walls painted in Orbital from Róisín Lafferty’s Prestige by Fleetwood collection, where the softened pigment allows the warmth of the gilded surface to glow.

Framed by the original column detailing of the Georgian townhouse, the composition brings together historic architecture and contemporary art in quiet dialogue.

The first floor study at Róisín Lafferty HQ unfolds as a moment of transition within the Georgian townhouse, gently guiding you toward the blue meeting room beyond. Designed as a place to pause and reflect, it balances warmth, focus, and quiet intention.

The walls are painted in Moves Like Jagger from Róisín’s Prestige by Fleetwood paint collection, a colour rich with red undertones that brings a sense of energy and togetherness to the space, echoing the rhythm of conversation and thought.

On the wall, a work from the Lifelines collection by John Redmond introduces a graphic clarity, its composition adding movement and narrative as you pass through. Nearby, the rare MAIA desk by Giotta Stoppino for Bernini anchors the room.

Crafted in walnut with a tambour roll-top door and dated 1971, the piece carries the quiet confidence of thoughtful design, sourced by Domhnall O’Gairbhí in collaboration with Róisín.

A considered study that feels purposeful yet inviting.

Moonface within the gallery, complimented by the Cipollini marble portal that connects the front and back rooms of our Georgian townhouse.

Here, stone becomes a threshold rather than a boundary. The veining of the Cipollini marble leads the eye forward, while Moonface punctuates the wall in aged brass and alabaster, its circular forms echoing the rhythm of movement through the space.

Inspired by Enid Blyton’s The Faraway Tree and the character Moonface, the collection draws on childhood imagination and storytelling, translated into sculptural light. Generous in scale yet precise in detail, each piece holds its own against the strong architectural language of the gallery.

Light, stone, and proportion work together to guide the journey from room to room, allowing contemporary design to sit confidently within the historic fabric of the building.

Resting on the corresponding vibration #1 by Paolo Campagnolo, proudly displayed at Róisín Lafferty Gallery.

Hung in our entrance hall, this striking work sets the tone as you arrive. A field of burnished gold, weathered and luminous, carries the sense of time embedded within its surface. Across it, fine white lines sweep and intersect, tracing rhythms that feel both measured and instinctive, like energy mapped in motion.

Part painting, part object, the work shifts with changing light, revealing subtle tonal variations and an evolving presence within the space.
