Join us for MoLI's annual Bloomsday Garden Party! 💐
Running from 6pm to 9.30pm on 16 June, guests can enjoy live performances from songwriter Cara Coyle and her band, as well as Dunny, a three-piece group featuring Donnacha O’Malley, Des Garvey and Jack McGarry. The evening will close with the joyful sounds of Regional Massapê, a Brazilian traditional choro ensemble.

Presented in partnership with Teeling Whiskey Distillery, the MoLI Bloomsday Garden Party has become one of the highlights of Dublin’s summer calendar. Tickets are €20 for non-members, while MoLI members receive complimentary admission. Guests will be welcomed with a specially created Bloomsday cocktail courtesy of Teeling Whiskey Distillery.

The Bloomsday Festival takes place on 11-16 June 2026. It is organised by The James Joyce Centre in partnership with Fáilte Ireland and the Department of Culture, Communications and Sport.

There's a quiet magic in the MoLI Readers Garden. Where bronze meets blossom, and literature spills out beyond our walls into the spring air. Stand beneath the Joyce tree, feel the history rooted in the earth beneath your feet and let the words find you. 🌳 🌸 🌼

Sundays in July & August, we're spending our afternoons with Oscar Wilde.

Work is the Curse of the Drinking Classes takes you to Paris, 1898, one year after Wilde's release from prison. Drawing on his letters, essays and anecdotes, this wonderfully witty and deeply human 60-minute one man show captures all the charm, the humour and the heartbreak of one of literature's greatest figures.

"Charming and witty" – The Irish Times
"Funny and melancholic" – The Times

Sundays 5, 12, 19, 26 July & 2, 9, 16, 30 August | 12pm and 2pm
