There are homes where artworks are placed, and homes where they seem to have always belonged.
This old Danish farmhouse with its exposed beams, thick walls, muted textures and restrained minimalism feels as though these paintings emerged from the very same materials and history.
I love how the raw surfaces, quiet tones and architectural sensitivity allow the works to breathe without excess. A beautiful dialogue between space and object.
