The Slow Down 🤍

I’m really excited to be heading back to the Canal Stores this September, and as we start moving into the darker evenings, this one feels like exactly what I want to be teaching and I can’t wait to share it with you.

I’ve listened to your feedback from my previous classes and this time we’re giving ourselves a little more time, we will have 90 minutes to properly slow down, settle in and rest.

Over four Wednesday evenings, we’ll start with some gentle, grounding movement before moving into restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra and sound.

Think candles, beautiful incense, low lights, bolsters, blankets and a little pocket of time in the middle of the week where there is absolutely nowhere else you need to be.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to have done yoga before.
There’s nothing to achieve.

Just come as you are and give yourself 90 minutes to do a little less.
