Much Thanks to everyone who came along during our events this week. It's heartwarming to see folk come and take interest in our historic sights. Although this years theme was Heritage at Risk, we will be working onwards, using our experience from courses we have taken part in with the aim to compile an Oral Archive (Podcast like) of all things Stories, Culture, History & more from Clones & surrounding areas.

We have some interesting folk lined up to interview and with their permission we may share the interview so others can listen and enjoy. Nonetheless, it will contribute towards what will one day be a great collection of history. If you, or someone you know would be interested in sitting down with us and having an informal conversation, allowing us to record you we would be more than happy to arrange it.

Thanks everyone for your interest and celebrating National Heritage Week with us!

A few photos from today's gathering at St.Tiernach's Well as part of our last day of National Heritage Week. Much thanks to all who accompanied us in talking about the history of the well & it's cures. Afterwards, a journey was made to St.Eachaidh's Church, located just outside Clones which is also apart of our Clones to Clogher Pilgrim Pathway. We hope to keep working on the well in the time ahead.

With today being our final National Heritage Day event which took in St.Tiernach's Well & St.Eachaidh's Church at Drumard, it felt fitting to post a throwback to last November when a team of volunteers made up of Charlotte Emily Rose & company came from Cork, Sligo, Clare & beyond to join some locals in clearing out St.Tiernach's Well located behind Fortview School.
