Museum CE Post
A Community Employment post of Receptionist / Caretaker has arisen at the West Cork Regional Museum, (Western Road). The post will be 19.5 hours/week. Closing date of 16th January.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for visitors, while maintaining the cleanliness, security and presentation of the museum.
The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle tasks relating to basic maintenance.
Experience in a customer facing role and strong communication skills and an ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently. Previous knowledge or experience of a museum environment is not essential and training will be given.
