That’s a wrap on our 6-week Irish Sign Language beginners class in Clogher Community Centre. 💙

Over the six weeks, the group learned some of the basics of ISL, including everyday greetings, introductions, numbers, colours, family, common phrases and simple conversations.

It was great to see everyone getting involved each week, building their confidence and picking up new signs along the way. A big thank you to everyone who took part and helped make the class such a success.
Hopefully we’ll see some familiar faces for more ISL in the future! 🤟💙

If you go down to the woods today… well, down to the bog, you’ll see so many painted lady and peacock butterflies, all of them newly emerged and feeding on knapweed. I haven’t seen as many for decades.

What a fantastic day we had for our Pride of Place visit! The weather couldn't have been better, and we were delighted to showcase everything that makes our community so special.

On behalf of the Clogher Environmental Group Committee, I would like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who worked so hard in the lead-up to today.

A special word of thanks to our Pride of Place Committee, our CEE workers, volunteers, local residents and community groups. Whether you were planting, painting, tidying, preparing displays or helping behind the scenes, every contribution made a difference.

Today was a real team effort, and we couldn't have done it without each and every one of you. You have all done Clogher proud.

Now we can take a well-earned breath and be proud of everything we achieved together.

Thank you all once again.
