Market House Craftworks is a collective of three craftspeople who use traditional methods to create contemporary craft objects in ceramic, leather, mosaic and felt in a studio and gallery setting located in the heart of the town of Cappoquin on the River Blackwater in West Waterford. It is claimed to be one of the oldest commercial (trading) sites in the country and had been the site of continuous

trading for nearly four centuries. The building has been empty for a number of years, but Market House Craftworks has brought it back to life.
