We recently had the pleasure of framing these incredible, handcrafted embroidery pieces from India. Each section is a testament to the skill of Indian artisans, featuring intricate beadwork, sequins, and rich textiles.

Because of the varying textures, oversize and heavy weight of the fabric, these pieces are incredibly complex to mount.

Our team worked meticulously to secure these handcrafted artisan pieces, choosing right frames and mounts that provide the structural support they need without distracting from the vibrant artistry.

There is something incredibly special about framing a lifetime of dedication. This custom shadowbox was designed to tell the story of Betty “Gerry” Hughes, a true standout on the field.

By combining vintage team photographs with a collection of earned medals, we’ve created a multi-layered display that captures the spirit of the game and the pride of the athlete.

Design Highlights:

Visual Storytelling: We integrated black-and-white action and team shots to provide context to the physical awards.

Precision Layout: Centered medals and tiered plaques highlight key milestones, including her years as Captain.

Modern Contrast: A deep black mat was chosen to make the silver and bronze tones of the medals pop against a sleek, metallic frame.

This isn’t just a frame; it’s a tribute to leadership and athletic achievement that can now be shared for generations.

Preserving a legacy is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

We recently completed this custom bespoke shadowbox for a client looking to honor her father’s history. These medals represent Tom Johnson’s achievements from 1969–1972, and they’ve now been transformed from loose keepsakes into a protected, professional display.

The Details:

Design: A deep-set shadowbox to accommodate the texture of the medals.

Matting: A rich burgundy suede mat that provides a classic, timeless backdrop.

Finishing: Custom-engraved plaque for a personal, museum-quality touch.

Whether it’s a family heirloom or a recent milestone, we believe every achievement deserves to be seen.
