Megőrzésre megkaptuk a múlt egy darabját.
A múlt mostanában néha meghamisított, néha pedig háttérbe szorított - "élj a mának, a jelennek", mondják sokan. Pedig a múltunk nélkül nem lennénk az, ami. Képzeld el például, milyen lett volna az életed, ha gyermekként egy percet sem játszhattál volna? Vajon miért van az, hogy az önfeledt játék emlékpillanatait a szívünkben valamilyen finom arany fényderengés vonja körbe? Miért magasztosak ezek a pillanatok?
Mi nem tudunk ezekre a kérdésekre választ adni Neked -hiszen mi nem filozófusok vagyunk, csak gyerekek felnőtt testben. :) Ahogy a múzeum pedig egy híd egy 2000 előtti világ felé. Ahogy belépsz hozzánk, érezni fogod.

We were entrusted with preserving a piece of the past here.
These days, the past is sometimes distorted, sometimes pushed aside — “live for today, live in the present,” many say. And yet without our past, we would not be who we are. Just imagine, for example, what your life would have been like if, as a child, you had never had a single moment to play. Why is it that the memories of carefree play seem surrounded in our hearts by a soft golden glow? Why do those moments feel somehow sacred?
We cannot give you the answers to these questions — after all, we are not philosophers, just children in adult bodies. :) And the museum itself is a bridge to a world before the year 2000. When you step inside, you’ll feel it there, somewhere deep within. You know.
