🔥 2026-tól teljes Airbnb-tiltás a VI. kerületben – mi lesz a lakásokkal?

2026. január 1-jétől a VI. kerület teljesen betiltja a rövid távú lakáskiadást — még a meglévő engedélyek sem maradhatnak érvényben.

De ez még nem jelenti azt, hogy csökkenni fog a bevételed.
Sőt: a piaci trendek alapján a következő években jelentős bevételnövekedés várható Budapesten.

✔ 3–4 ezer engedély került beadásra 2024 végén
✔ a kínálat 2025 őszétől elkezdett csökkenni
✔ szeptember–november között elindult az áremelkedés
