【香港博物館節2026】如心園帶你展開「自然時光之旅」！✨

響應今屆香港博物館節「香港故事」主題，如心園特別喺 11 月推出4個週末限定「主題導賞＋體驗工作坊」活動！憑藉億萬年前嘅木化石、古生物化石，到日常見到嘅本土植物，帶領大家認識香港地質與化石故事，一齊發掘由自然遺產訴說香港故事；每場結合主題工作坊，透過動手實踐，將導賞嘅自然知識化為深刻親身體會！

‘’Muse Fest HK 2026’’ Nina Park presents: A Natural Journey through Time! ✨

In support of this year's Muse Fest HK theme, "The Story of Hong Kong", Nina Park is bringing you a series of guided tours and workshops available for 4 weekends this November! From wood fossil dating back millions of years and ancient fossils to familiar local flora, join us to explore Hong Kong's geological history and uncover the stories told by our natural heritage. Each session is paired with a thematic workshop, transforming the insights gained from the tour into a deeply immersive, hands-on experience!

Throughout Earth's long history, countless herbivores thrived across forests and grasslands, coexisting with plants to create flourishing green worlds together. Their fossil remains have become precious clues, guiding us through millions of years of ecological evolution.

🌿 如心園 — 城市中的生態綠洲 🌿

如心園園區約三成面積為綠化帶，栽種逾20種特色樹木，包括本地原生樹種、罕見嘅象腳樹，以及被稱為「活化石」的銀杏和筆筒樹。樹木各有姿態，隨四季變換面貌，更為本地鳥類與昆蟲提供棲息和覓食場所，於繁忙嘅荃灣締造一片豐富的生態綠洲。🕊️🐝

🌿 Nina Park — An Urban Ecological Oasis 🌿

Around 30% of Nina Park is devoted to greenery, with over 20 notable tree species planted, including local native species, the rare baobab-like species, and the so-called “living fossils” such as ginkgo and cycad. Each tree has its own character and changes with the seasons, providing habitats and foraging sites for local birds and insects, creating a rich ecological network amidst the hustle and bustle of Tsuen Wan. 🕊️🐝

本活動由宏恩復康主辦，本活動以生活醫學（Lifestyle Medicine）為本，採用「Train-The-Trainer」模式，鼓勵長者由接受健康資訊的受惠者，成為社區健康推廣小先鋒，以「Teach Back」（教學回饋）方式服務社區參加者，把健康智慧傳遞給社區！ 🧡
