Photography exhibition by movie star, Tse Kwun Ho

Today I attended the opening of Mr. Tse’s photography exhibition at JCCAC.

Last year, Mr. Tse and his wife, Judy, visited EastPro’s photography exhibition and bought many EastPro books, thank you!

Mr. Tse’s photography is very artistic, black and white photos are wonderful! Exhibition until September 20th.

Thanks Albert of his talk at Eslite his sharing of his photography mission, objective, method and skills! The talk was successful!

Albert went through the photos in the book and explained how the photo was shot! Albert recommended people to create photography with creativity, emphasising planning is important!

This cultural event with the huge bamboo scaffolding structure is occurring every ten years! This year Kam Tin got Guinness Record on the size of bamboo scaffolding structure.

EastPro new book release - Stanley Dragon （60th Anniversary)

EastPro is honored to be able to get a shooting job in addition to being able to publish, with photographic batches to shoot by boat and in the VIP area. Thanks to photographers Mr. Tsui, Dr. Wong, Kent, Mr. P**n, Ming and Mr. Ku for their beautiful and high standard photographs. It was a hot day. Thank you for your hard work!

Thankfully, the customer is very satisfied with the photos and photo book design and production!

Stanley, like a seaside storyteller: when the sea breeze sweeps in, European charm and harbor aromas braid together—this land has long whispered a living mix of East and West. From early days after the 1841 opening to war relics and restored landmarks, Stanley’s diverse character is already woven into everyday life.

Pushing this spirit forward, the Cheung Chau Dragon Boat tradition continues through unity and celebration. Since the 1960s, locals have held races in front of Tin Hau Temple; in 1975, the “International Team” and “Women’s Team” were introduced early, turning competition into a shared language beyond differences. Since the Stanley Dragon Boat Association formed in 2001, hundreds of teams have taken part each year—an exuberant festival where ritual, sport, and joy come together for the whole city.

More than a race story, this book treasures community: rowing together in the same bay, working hard together with every drumbeat. EastPro also is working hard together to achieve!

EastPro x Mr. Robert Chua 蔡和平先生

Mr. Chua’s home has thousands of square feet, with thousands to ten of thousands of real antiques placed in the 3 living room, 4 bedrooms and garden! Some 2000 years ago from the Han Dynasty, some from the Ming and Qing dynasties... not one by one, all in the form of a collection, meaning there are dozens of different styles in the same series! There are also dinosaur egg fossils and dinosaur bone fossils... more beautiful than going to the history museum, because it can be very close and be touched! and Mr. Chua personally introduced! Benefited a lot!

In addition to his rich collection of antiques, Mr. Chua’s life is legendary and he created many programs on TVB, such as ’Happy Tonight‘ and so on.

Mr. Robert Chua and his wife Peggy are both very kind and easy-going! It will be a pleasure to partner with!

Mr. Chua gave me precious gifts and discussed cooperation!

1） ‘錦田鄉酬恩建醮’ 文化與歷史講座

此醮會傳承至今已歷三十四屆，是香港歷史最悠久、規模最大的鄉村建醮盛事。本屆醮棚更獲吉尼斯世界紀錄認證，為全球最大竹建構臨時祭壇。為留存盛況、珍藏美好回憶，向大眾展現建醮民俗風貌，同時為文史研究者提供珍貴參考文獻，錦田鄉事委員會特編纂出版《錦田鄉酬恩建醮》一書。
