In a fast-paced digital age, Von Wolfe brings digital images to canvas and oil paint, inviting us to experience the profound depth that only time and patience can create.

In his solo exhibition "Eternal Flames" at Tang Contemporary Art, each work originates in the ephemeral speed of the digital space: The artist uses algorithms to generate thousands of images, then relies on pure intuition to select the few ‘outliers’, withdrawing them from the current. 🌊

Here, the digital origin is not disavowed, but gently embraced. Its speed is slowed down, made to endure the long patience of pigment drying through the layer upon layer translation into oil paint. In this meticulous translation, the ephemeral achieves permanence.

The exhibition also marks a technical expansion. Several works combine UV-printed acrylic with LED illumination, creating images that glow from within. The technological medium is not hidden, it becomes the subject itself.

當代唐人藝術中心正在展出的展覽《永恆之焰》中的每件作品，都源於網絡空間的瞬息萬變：藝術家用演算法高速生成成千上萬的圖像，再僅憑直覺揀選出極少數的「異數」，將其從洪流中抽離。🌊

數位源頭並未被排斥，而是被溫柔接納，其速度被放慢，耐心堆疊一層層油彩，靜靜等待顏料乾燥的漫長過程。在極其細緻的轉譯中，轉瞬即逝之物亦從中實現了永恆。

這次展覽亦標誌着藝術家在技術上邁出嶄新的一步。部分作品結合了 UV 印刷與 LED 燈光，創造出由內而外散發光芒的圖像。科技的媒介不再被隱藏，它，本身就是主題。

Summer at TABLE by Sandy Keung explores a simple question through Hokkaido Uni: what can one premium ingredient become?

The answer unfolds across eight thoughtfully crafted courses. Hokkaido Uni, sweet and buttery with rich umami, meets delicate sweet pea gnocchi and crispy guanciale. It crowns a claypot of tender beef short ribs and fragrant rice. With each course, the same ingredient transforms, revealing new layers and dimensions through seasonal pairings and refined technique.

This is Chef Sandy Keung's philosophy made tangible: conscious, ingredient-based cuisine that celebrates what the season offers and the artistry it inspires.
