They have long believed that a craft object does not stand alone, and that its true charm emerges only when harmonized with the surrounding furniture and space.
In conjunction with this exhibition, they have specially created unique furniture pieces.
Through furniture capable of shaping the entire atmosphere of the space, this exhibition allows everyone to better experience their living aesthetics.
The pieces created for this occasion are a large table and small coffee tables.
The pine tabletops were crafted by 道具所 dou6 geoi6 so2.
For the large table, the legs incorporate ceramics. The tabletop is colored with milk paint and finished with a protective glass coating.
The small coffee tables are treated with the shou sugi ban charred wood technique and likewise sealed with a glass coating. While preserving the natural grain of the wood, it brings forth a distinctive texture and presence.
Objects, furniture, and space.
We warmly invite you to visit Gallery tete and experience firsthand the living aesthetics born from this mutual resonance.
