ΠΡΟΣΚΛΗΣΗ
Σε Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση.
Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο του σωματείου «Όμιλος Φίλων Λίμπερτυ», σύμφωνα με το Καταστατικό, καλεί τα Τακτικά Μέλη του σωματείου σε Τακτική Γενική Συνέλευση, η οποία θα πραγματοποιηθεί ως εξής:

Σε περίπτωση μη επίτευξης απαρτίας, η Γενική Συνέλευση θα επαναληφθεί την ίδια ημέρα, Δευτέρα 25 Μαΐου 2026, και ώρα 15:00, χωρίς νέα πρόσκληση, σύμφωνα με το Καταστατικό.
Θέματα Ημερήσιας Διάταξης
- Ανάγνωση και έγκριση του Οικονομικού Απολογισμού για την περίοδο 1/1/2025 – 31/12/2025, καθώς και της Έκθεσης της Εξελεγκτικής Επιτροπής.
- Απαλλαγή των μελών του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου από κάθε ευθύνη για τη διαχείριση της χρήσης 2025.
- Έγκριση του Προϋπολογισμού του οικονομικού έτους 2026 και του Σχεδίου Δράσης.
- Καθορισμός της ετήσιας συνδρομής για το έτος 2026.
Διάφορα θέματα και ανακοινώσεις.
Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής και ψήφου έχουν τα ταμειακώς ενήμερα Τακτικά Μέλη.

The Board of Directors of the association “Friends of Liberty Club”, in accordance with its Articles of Association, hereby invites its Regular Members to attend the Annual General Assembly, which will be held as follows:
Venue: Nautical Club of Palaio Faliro – Flisvos Marina

In the event that the required quorum is not achieved, the General Assembly shall be reconvened on the same day at 3:00 p.m., without any further notice, in accordance with the Articles of Association.
Agenda
- Reading and approval of the Financial Report for the period 1 January 2025 – 31 December 2025, and of the Audit Committee’s Report.
- Discharge of the members of the Board of Directors from any liability in relation to the management of the 2025 financial year.
- Approval of the Budget for the 2026 financial year and of the Action Plan.
- Determination of the annual membership fee for 2026.
Other matters and announcements.
Only Regular Members who are financially up to date shall have the right to participate and vote.
