Hallo dear all, this will be the last week of this 2024 art season, Saturday 19 October will be the last day of opening, but it will also be the last day of activity for Art Flow studio Gallery in its current location.
Eight years have passed since, full of dreams and ideas, I wanted to create a ‘small art salon’ where I could exchange opinions and ideas with artists, friends and creative people ,who love art and culture ... a space where art could speak to people, a space where artists could feel listened to and grow in their artistic journey.
Somehow, despite the great difficulties I have often encountered along the way, I believe I have succeeded in realising this project, supported by friends and the public who have found a meeting place in this art gallery.
It is in this gallery that many ideas and collaborations have been born; 4 art competitions have been organised to give voice and stimulus to emerging artists, more than 50 art exhibitions, including some charity exhibitions in collaboration with the organisation ‘Love Without Borders For Refugees in Need’, and numerous musicians have been hosted... not bad when you consider that of these 8 years, almost two have been unprofitable due to the pandemic that did not allow for gatherings.
There are so many artists who, after having shown their art in this gallery, have embarked on their artistic careers with more confidence; they have opened their own art studios, started participating in art exhibitions, and create works of art on a daily basis with the awareness that art is a tool capable of engaging our deepest emotions and that the power of art supports the best side of human nature, strengthening it and highlighting it in an increasingly distracted and noisy world.
Today, after this fantastic experience, I realise that it is time to change direction, leaving space for other projects,... my goal of making “art flow “ has been achieved.
I sincerely thank all the customers and artists for their support and trust over all these years without you this project would not have been realised.
For this last week I am giving a 30% discount on all my art works; who knows maybe you were in love with some of them and now you can have it at better price.
On Saturday 19 October at 18:00 there will be a party in the gallery to celebrate together this great project that has been realised and to say goodbye one last time...I'll be waiting for you as always with a big smile.🙂
