York Contemporary Art Walk York Contemporary Art Walks are organised by York Galleries Group and take place every three months.

These tours offer a unique chance to visit the pick of contemporary art exhibitions in galleries across York. At each stop, the curator, artist or exhibition organiser will give a short talk and there will be opportunity to chat and have a quick look at the exhibitions before we move on. It is a chance to learn a bit more about the art projects in the city and to see something new. Our aim is to w

het the appetite and encourage everyone to return and enjoy the exhibitions in their own time. The event is free and there's no need to book - just turn up at any of the venues.
