Wonderland Exhibition has ended
I am thrilled that I was invited to
show a small number of my many pieces
Thank you for your support and
I so appreciated the comments on my
work and also snippets of my life story.
That was so good to hear.
Thank you to Sharon the organiser, for her encouragement and curating and sifting (!) my over enthusiastic 😳
quantity to show so well on two boards
Also thanks to the other artists who
were great to talk to

I have been absent (minded) so apologies
Have taken a long time to get my
personal thermostat under control —
Loving these tones of silver to almost
lamppost black
Clouds have,at last, started bringing us some rain here in the East
It’s staggering how quickly the grass
is greening, the weeping trees are
more perky
I have enjoyed visiting Beckett’s
Chapel for the Wonderland exhibition
Including visits from the Army! Young
soldiers checking on life in the local Community. They were a delight to
talk too and were interested in
Wymondham and all it has to offer
Terrific ambassadors for our Armed
Forces. I took the opportunity to thank them for their Service to our
Country. I did mention (😳) well touched on, my family military history!
Any excuse
Well I still have paintings to bring home tomorrow — I have decided to see
if I can do small, and quiet
So watch this space please and thank you so much for popping by again

Goodness Gracious !
That was all I could think when I got to
Becket’s Chapel this morning — it was a dull morning but the exhibition has
so many talented contributors that
my headspace was completely swamped by pieces I wanted to absorb
for hours
The colours, calm, inspired and inspirational pieces gave me utter joy
It was good to meet creatives I’d not
crossed paths with in my very
short art-life, to see so much was
Uplifting, extremely.
Do come if you can! You’ll not be disappointed ( am talking about the
other exhibitors, but mine aren’t bad
🙄).
I was so excited I forgot to take my phone I will remember it tomorrow
and post here again)

Pop’s on my mind! Here he is but NFS🔴 Such a wise Pop still ❤️ Him

However lots getting packed into the car heading for the
Beautiful Becket’s Chapel in
Wymondham for set up day tomorrow
Not sure if I am anxious or terrified
But I am a weeny bit proud too
If you should happen to visit over the next two weeks , all details on Becket’s Chapel site for timings
Usually Mondays are closed
