My friend Kath and I discovered a new spiritual sister and mentor recently (more about that when I have more time to write) and together we've been exploring the topic of 'synchronicities'... and it's blowing my mind!🤯 I'm seeing them absolutely everywhere at the moment and I've so many new thoughts and ideas to process in my art journal I can't keep up! Enjoyed a lovely art journaling session with Cristina this afternoon, taking inspiration from a Tree of Life Labyrinth by Lynn Mead of A Tanglers Mind. It was very relaxing to do and I think the finished pieces are very inspiring...👩🏻‍🎨

We had a lovely and relaxing sketchbook session this morning creating mixed media collage birds nests with Violet Linnington and Cristina Ferraz-smith. There is much busy birding activity in the garden now as spring is on the horizon and plants are starting to bud. As we glued strips of paper down to form our rather clunky nests we marvelled at the delicate intricacy with which birds make their amazing creations using only a beak and feet! I wanted to add some text to mine, and through serendipitous synchronicity the perfect email landed in my inbox supplying both the text and some thoughtful narrative to ponder!
