The Wi******er Gallery is very excited to be supporting Tangent Collective with their debut show DETOUR 🌀 - a group of WSA alumni artists coming together to showcase their practices, all concerned with textiles and material relations 🖌️

Check it out at Asylum & Maverick Projects Safehouse 1 - 139 Copeland Road, London SE15 3SN - “inspired by its historical architecture, diminishing, decaying and derelict, bringing a raw, new energy to the abandoned space” 💥

Announcing our upcoming exhibition, ‘On Behalf of These / Sound Portal for Bell Bubbles’, with work by composer, sound and video artist Yolande Harris considering interspecies communication and poetic listening in times of environmental change.

Another sun filled Out & About session, this time in partnership with Cas Arts in Andover 🎨 ☀️

We joined them in Andover town Centre for a sustainable craft session alongside 10 other creative and environmental organisations - making our signature felt pebbles! It was lovely to collaborate with Cas Arts for this project and deepen our regional connections 🫶🏻

Lots of behind the scenes shots as she prepares for ‘On Behalf of These / Sound Portal for Bell Bubbles’! Including unpacking bell bubbles, spending time at the Bell Foundry and their collection of redundant bells and tuning forks, braiding glass strands & making sound recordings… 🪡
