Hello September! 🍂

Before we look ahead, a huge thank you to everyone who visited us over the Bank Holiday weekend. It was so lovely to welcome so many of you through the doors of the museum.

And September is shaping up to be another busy month at Tudor House, with lots to look forward to, including Heritage Open Days, guided Upton history walks, a Civil War talk with Tony Spicer and the Upton upon Severn Country Music Festival.

There’s plenty happening throughout the month, with lots of opportunities to discover more about Upton’s history and enjoy a little live music too!

We’ve got lots of exciting events happening at The Tudor House Museum this September, including a weekend of live music for the Upton upon Severn Country Music Festival 🤠🎶

Entry to the museum and all performances is completely FREE, with donations to support the museum always very welcome.

☕ Tea, coffee and cake will also be available.

Pop in, enjoy some live music and take the opportunity to explore three floors of Upton’s history while you’re here.

This Heritage Open Days, discover some of the stories hiding in plain sight with a free one-hour guided history walk around the town, followed by the chance to explore The Tudor House Museum.

As part of this year’s Heritage Open Days, we’re inviting you to join us for a fascinating evening exploring an important chapter in our local history.

Tony Spicer will be at The Tudor House Museum for a free talk on the Battle of Upton, drawing on his extensive knowledge of military history and the English Civil War.
