This is a free opportunity and we take 0 commission on artwork sold at the show. Accepting artwork, videography, photography, installations, sculpture etc.

🎨 Workshops:
We will prioritise workshops that suit the theme of the event. This is a paid opportunity. We prefer drop in and out workshops and have a variety of sized rooms to accommodate your needs. Tables and chairs provided.

🏷️ Stalls:
We will prioritise workshops that suit the theme of the event. There is no fee or commission fee to host a stall with us. Tables and chairs provided for free.

🎭 Performances:
There is no open call for performances for this event. We have curated a unique performance experience for this show.

📋 Production:
Want to get involved in the production of this event? Have an idea and want to bring
it to life? Get in touch. This includes: production, behind the scenes, stage design, exhibition curation, decor, lighting and sound.

🔨 The exhibition:
This is a free opportunity and we take 0 commission on artwork sold at the show. There is one from for both open calls within the show.

1. General exhibition
Please submit all things Halloween, horror, magic and paranormal. We are looking for artwork, photography, videography, installations and interactive artwork.

2. We are turning our gallery room ‘The Forgotten Bedroom’ into ‘The Unforgotten Bedroom’ for this exhibition. We lost an important member of the Antwerp & West team this year. This room is dedicated to those grieving and to who use art to
process their grief. We are looking for artwork, memorabilia, photography & videography (no sound) for this exhibition room.

🏷️ Stalls & workshops:
We will prioritise stalls and workshops that suit the theme of the event. There is no fee to host a stall, tables and chairs are also provided for free. This is
a paid opportunity for workshops.

🎭 Performances:
This is a paid opportunity.
We will prioritise performance
submissions that suit the theme of the show. We set aside at least one position for new performers per show also.

📋 Production:
For the first time, West open submissions for the production side of our events. This
includes: production, behind the scenes, stage design, decor, lighting and sound.
