KIAC Kelham Island Arts Collective The Education Space is suitable for evening classes, workshops, daytime classes or can be hired by the hour as a creative space.

A community based, not-for-profit arts centre, KIAC provides arts studios for rent, a large gallery for art exhibitions and other events and an education space for workshops, classes and other activities. Housed in an ex-industrial building on the site of a former steelworks, KIAC has about 20 artists studios of various sizes and types, available with 24-hour access, from £60 per month inclusive.

The gallery can be used for exhibitions, drama events and rehersals, film and photographic shoots, fashion shows, poetry readings etc. The area of Kelham Island, just 10 minutes walk from the city centre, is known for its real-ale pubs and restaurants and rich industrial heritige, and is fast becoming a centre for creative industies and creative arts in general.
