THE ADVENTURES OF BEOWULF STORYTELLING EVENT
Saturday 9th May 10.30-1pm

Dive into the Anglo-Saxon world of myth and monsters and join storyteller Lizzie Bryant and Castle Hill Heritage Skills for an action-packed, family-friendly, performance of the Old English tale of the warrior Beowulf and the monsters that brought him fame.
It's an exciting story that's been told for a thousand years or more, of bloodshed and bravery, fearsome foe and fearless men. Interspersed with the storytelling, enjoy hands-on Saxon and Viking-themed activities, games and replica object handling.
