We will be open again today, Bank Holiday Monday, from 10.30am to 4.30pm. The admission charge covers all your trolleybus rides and the rides on our new miniature railway as well as entry to our cycle museum, toy museum, exhibition centre, cinema and 1950s prefab.
Yesterday our volunteer Nicola passed out as a conductor and our railway carried its greatest number of passengers in the nine days it has been operating!

Our weekday opening this week is proving very popular! We will be open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (26 - 28 August) and on these days we have no set admission charge, although we appreciate donations to help us to keep the museum running.
Come and ride on our trolleybuses - we have the largest collection of historic trolleybuses in the world. We have visitors from all round the world and today Gagan and Binita from Nepal loved their ride on our Cleethorpes trolleybus as part of their UK holiday.
Our new Sandtoft & District Railway is running every day and is attracting many compliments from our visitors.
We have lots of other attractions to keep you busy - the Toy Museum, Cycle Shop, 1950s prefab, exhibition centre and cinema. We also have an excellent cafe and a well-stocked shop selling books and souvenirs.
Come and spend a day with us!

We had very poor weather for our Volunteer Recruitment Day yesterday BUT we managed to recruit six new volunteers! They are interested in a variety of roles on days when we are open to the public and on days when we are maintaining the site and our collection.

We would still love to recruit more new volunteers! A very wide range of opportunities exist, including operating the trolleybuses (starting as a conductor and progressing to driver), engineering, project management, administration, joinery and much more. We have a particular need for help in the cafe and we are also recruiting for our new 7 1/4″ railway. Whatever your skills, we can put them to good use!
If you were not able to visit us yesterday we would still love to hear from you.

We are looking forward to welcoming our latest recruits this Wednesday and for our open days next weekend. Thank you to our loyal volunteers who turned out in terrible weather yesterday to help recruit new friends.
