The Collectors Wall is a new initiative to make purchasing original artwork more accessible and affordable. The artists also get more money from each sale as these pieces have a reduced commission, win-win!

We’ve recently launched our ‘Collectors Wall’, a brand new initiative designed to make purchasing original artwork more accessible for collectors old and new. Each piece is a fixed-size (20x20cm), capped at an affordable fixed-price (£150.00).

Commission is also reduced on these pieces, meaning that the artists get more money from each sale- which is always a plus!

So far, it’s proven to be a very popular idea, so make sure to come by if there’s something you like the look of! 👀

HAAR by Heather McAlpine is in the Crypt Gallery now!

'Haar is a Scottish word used to describe a coastal sea mist — something that rolls in from the horizon, softening edges and shifting what we see. While my paintings are made here in Cornwall, there is a quiet connection to Scotland in this idea — a shared coastline, atmosphere, and relationship with the sea.

This new body of work continues my exploration of the ocean through both immersion in the sea and immersion in the painting process itself. Each piece develops through layers, movement, and intuition — echoing the changing light, energy, and unpredictability of the coast.

The exhibition will include a collection of new large-scale canvases alongside smaller works & works on paper, all rooted in this ongoing dialogue between sea and studio.'

The exhibition opens daily from 10-5pm until 29th May.

After our last post sharing the huge quantity of submissions we had for our Spring Open, it’s time to thank our hanging team for the huge effort they put into the mammoth task of sorting, curating, and hanging the exhibition! We think they’ve done a fantastic job 🙌🏻
