If you're in West Cornwall this coming week & love Laura Knight's paintings, I still have spaces on 2 art days on the 19th & 20th of August. Come & learn more about Laura and her time in Cornwall, & then produce an oil pastrl drawing or painting inspired by the places she painted or the style she painted in. All abilities welcome. A few spaces still available 😊

Even though I mostly create art in my studio, my paintings would not capture the magic of the rocks & the water if I didn't spend so much time outdoors just looking at and experiencing them 😆

I love the Cornish coast soooo much!

Where's your favourite place down here? Do let me know....I'm planning to spend time this Summer finding lots more gems to draw and paint.

These are my latest 3 oil pastel drawings, created whilst invigilating my exhibition Coast Colour Canvas Gallery. Last couple of hours to go then home to West Penwith & a renewed enthusiasm to set up my studio as more of a gallery space over the coming year.
